Overall, the snacks and drinks were solid. I liked that the drinks were easy to grab, especially when they had them lined up with the labels facing out, which made choosing quick. The food was tasty enough, and there were still a decent number of options through the night. The lines did get a little long later on, but nothing that ruined the experience.

The staff were really helpful!!! They got us sorted out super quick, no hassle at all... really appreciated it!!

I really enjoyed my visit, there were so many cute little areas that were perfect for taking photos. It felt fun and relaxed, i ended up getting way more great pictures than I expected.

I thought the food prices were actually fair, and the drinks weren’t expensive—well, not as expensive as I expected anyway.

From the moment we got there, it felt like an easy win for a night out with the kids. They were excited right away and ended up loving it, which made the whole evening stress-free for us. Definitely a simple, fun family outing.

The crowd control felt decent to me. The lines kept moving at a reasonable pace, and even when it started getting busy, the staff seemed to have a good handle on keeping people spaced out. Just my gut feeling, but it seemed well managed overall.

I went to Nights of the Jack with my family, and I was fully prepared for the restrooms to be a disaster because, let’s be honest, busy outdoor events usually have a whole secret agenda against clean bathrooms.

But weirdly enough, they were actually decent. There was paper, soap, and the floors weren’t gross, which made me wonder if someone behind the scenes was trying to prove a point. The line was short too, and it moved quicker than expected.

I’m giving 4 stars because later in the night they probably could’ve used a little more checking. Still, compared to what I was expecting, this felt like uncovering a small restroom conspiracy in the best possible way.

I found the event really easy to navigate, and I think other customers would appreciate how accessible everything was too. It made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free.

I was in a good mood when I went, and the lighting made the whole experience even better. Some of the displays looked amazing and really made the pumpkins feel like they had personality. A few spots were a bit too bright or crowded with people stopping for photos, which got a little annoying, but overall it was a fun night and I’m glad I went.

We went last weekend, the length felt just right. I’ve been to a few similar things where it was either over way too fast or dragged on forever, but this one hit a nice middle ground.
We weren’t rushing at all and still had plenty of time to stop, take pictures, and actually look around. I’d say we were there for about an hour, which was perfect for us, especially with the kids.

The day itself was nice, and once we got there everything felt organized. The signs were easy to follow, a couple staff members pointed us in the right direction, and we didn’t have to circle around like I thought we would. Even leaving afterward was quicker than expected. So yeah, the parking ended up being way easier than I had built it up in my head.

We went with our toddler and brought the stroller, and honestly... it was much easier than I thought it would be. The paths were wide enough, not too bumpy, and we never felt like we were struggling to get around. Such a relief — it really didn’t feel like a hassle at all...

Went with my family after we had dinner earlier than usual, which almost never happens for us, and we all ended up having a really good time. The pumpkins were super cool, and there was plenty to look at without it starting to feel boring or dragged out. The lines moved okay too, which was nice since I was expecting worse. Overall it was just a fun night out, and I’d definitely go again...

I went with my sister and the scare level was perfect. It was creepy enough that I swear my soul left my body a couple times, but not so intense that we were ready to sprint straight out of there.
The dark parts and the sounds got me so bad lol. We were laughing and screaming like absolute fools by the end. Super fun night, and I’d totally go again next year.

I was expecting the usual post-event traffic mess, but you could tell they had a system in place. The signs were easy to follow, the staff kept everyone moving, and the whole flow actually made sense. I kept waiting for it to bottleneck somewhere, but it never really did. Got out way faster than I expected and didn’t feel stressed at all.

I reached out not expecting much, but they got back to me so fast and actually helped me sort everything out without making it complicated, which made the whole experience way easier than I thought it would be.

We really enjoyed this trail. It was laid out in a way that made it easy to walk and not confusing at all, which was a big plus with kids. I had checked with support beforehand and they basically said, “Just follow the route and the scenes will be spaced out naturally,” and that was exactly how it felt. The kids stayed excited the whole time, and there was enough space between stops that it never felt rushed or crowded

I had a fun night out. I’m usually forgiving when the vibe is good, so the slower-moving lines didn’t ruin it for me, but they were definitely noticeable. Still, I’d probably go again.
